hi friends, lovers, & people probably related to me — 119 — since marathon training hasn’t quite started yet (you can donate here to support me running it & the chicago parks foundation! & if you do you might get a treat down the line!) so i’ve been doing maintenance miles — running when it’s nice out + long walks & doing what i call an errand run when it’s not. an errand run is when you go for a little jog to an errand and pending what the errand is you jog back. it should be 2-3miles tops but definitely can be less — bc you’re just trying to move your body a little bit here & that is undeniably hard sometimes
